Sam has a multifaceted role, encompassing the instruction of undergraduate courses, instruction and mentorship in the Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership M.Ed. graduate program, the development of sport and education curriculum, the management of both current and prospective grants, and active participation in our coach training services. Prior to joining UW, Sam worked as the Director of Appeals and Education Development at the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA). She earned her M.Ed. (the Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership) University of Washington and her B.A. (Psychology) from Western Washington University.
