Longxi (Jack) Li, Ph.D.

Measurement, Evaluation, and Research Coordinator

Longxi (Jack)’s primary role is to support the design and implementation of the measurement and evaluation of the Center for Leadership in Athletics’ programming and grant funded projects, as well as providing research support to ongoing and new research in the Center.

Before joining the CLA team, Longxi graduated with a Ph.D. in Physical Education concentrating in Teaching and Administration from Springfield College. Longxi conducts research on physical activity and ecological theory in the youth population, and the dynamics of Western/Chinese cultural differences as they are expressed through sports and recreation participation. Prior to obtaining a Masters and Ph.D. at Springfield College, Longxi graduated with Masters degrees in Exercise Science and Sports Management. In addition to his academic work, Longxi is also a national level tennis official.
