    • Nearly $350 billion to create a Paycheck Protection Program that will provide loans of up to $10 million.  Up to eight weeks of average payroll and other costs will be forgiven if the business retains its employees. Principal and interest will be deferred for up to a year and all borrower fees are waived.  More information on whether or not your business qualifies for the Paycheck Protection Program and how to apply is available here.
    • Ten billion dollars to provide grants of up to $10,000 to small businesses that apply for a SBA economic injury disaster loan (EIDL) within three days of applying for the loan. The grant does not need to be repaid, even if the grantee is subsequently denied an EIDL.  More information on whether or not your business qualifies for a SBA EIDL and how to apply is available here.
